Mike Haley and Derek Sandison of Landmark Decisions, key thought leaders in the CAM-I research organization , will discuss how CAM-I techniques such as be “The Closed Loop” can be used to estimate “the cost of quality”. In addition, Mike and Derek will show how QualiWare, a leading-edge business modeling software used widely in the Government of Canada, uses constraint-based planning/scenario-playing to examine options for reducing waste, enhancing efficiency and ultimately optimizing the “cost of quality”.
